David besucht im November Asien!!
30 OktDavid wird demnächst nach Asien reisen, um dort sein Album „The Other Side Of Down“ zu promoten und seine dortigen Fans, die schon lange auf einen Besuch von ihm warten, zu beglücken.
Am 14. November wird David in Singapur auftreten – die dortigen Fans können sich durch den Kauf des neuen Nokia N8-Mobiltelefons ihre Eintrittskarte für David’s Showcase sichern.
Wie David’s Manager Melinda per Twitter durchblicken ließ, stehen zudem Termine in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) und Jakarta (Indonesien) an, und weitere sind in Planung.
Sobald mehr Termine bekannt werden, werden wir es natürlich auch hier auf DAFG ankündigen.
Neuer Videoblog von David: Happy Halloween!!
29 OktDavid schreibt: Sorry that it’s been so long since I’ve made a blog! Just giving you a quick update though… or maybe it’s not so quick haha. Spending time with the family! Was in DC last weekend and headed to Cali next week. Had a fun time at Disneyland with the sisters a couple weeks ago, and had fun at corn mazes this week too. Let me know what you guys are dressing up as for Halloween!
p.s. I’ve had a really fun time watching and listening to the Myspace Karaoke Contest entries haha. Thanks for sending those!

Wenn Ihr David in einer der nächsten Ausgaben der „Popcorn“ sehen wollt, dann postet dies doch bitte als Kommentar unter diesem Facebook-Artikel des Magazins!
Die Popcorn möchte nämlich wissen, über welchen „Neuen“ Star sie demnächst berichten soll. Dazu gehören nicht Varsity Fanclub, Big Time Rush oder auch Daniel Schuhmacher. Dies ist also eine gute Chance, David erneut in eine deutsche Jugendzeitschrift zu bekommen!

28 OktDavid wird am 3. November in Clovis, Kalifornien, in der Sierra Vista Mall für Radiosender Y101 ein Unplugged-Minikonzrt geben. Die 30-minütige Show ist kostenfrei, im Anschluss gibt David eine Signierstunde für seine neue CD „The Other Side Of Down“ und sein Weihnachtsalbum „Christmas From The Heart“.

I love the end of American Idol. The end part that is, because then you’ve gotten past all the folks who didn’t fare too well in their efforts, and now you get to watch the trailblazing, tear-inducing, mascara-wearing, hometown-mobilizing, glassware-shattering voices who will hopefully land a place in history. Or at least in our collective hearts. And today, I’d like to discuss one of the more appealing players on that stage. David Archuleta: American Idol runner-up, singer extraordinaire, bestselling author, tremendous go-to guy when it comes to bringing awareness to those in need, and all around whopping talent is now er, back. With a brand new album — this makes three records so far (nor is he yet twenty. Way to pave the way for the rest of us, Dave…) Anyway – if you’re not yet a fan, you’re probably about to become one. For two reasons. First) you’re going to get a David Archuleta song download for free, right here and right now. And second) you’ll play the free song at which point it may very well dawn upon you that this kid has, in fact, one terrific set of pipes.
